We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If you need to return an item, please reach out to us within this time frame.


2. Eligible Items for Return
We accept returns on physical items that are defective. If the item was packed properly but got damaged during shipping, we arenā€™t able to accept responsibility. Digital items are not eligible for returns or refunds.


3. Condition of Products
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. If the item is defective, please refer to the next section for instructions on how to proceed.


4. Return Process

For defective items, we may request photos of the product to confirm the issue before providing a return label. Once we verify the issue, weā€™ll send you a pre-paid shipping label and further instructions to make the process as easy as possible.


5. Refunds & Exchanges
Once weā€™ve received your returned item, weā€™ll process your full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are requesting a return for a defective item, please include photos so we can confirm the issue. If the product is in its original condition but is no longer wanted, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your item reaches us safely.


7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and weā€™ll offer a full refund or replacement. Weā€™ll ask for photos of the product to confirm the issue before sending a pre-paid return label.


8. Exclusions
Custom items, clearance items, and digital products are not eligible for returns.


9. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
